OOOUCH!! If you
haven't heard already, Matt broke both of his
legs in a dirt bike accident recently. As
much as he would love to soldier-on with the
first two wavecamps, a wheelchair just doesn't
cut it at camp or the banos. So his
two ace sidekicks -
Kevin McGillivray and Casey Hauser have stepped
up to fill his shoes.
Response from the attendees so
far has been to continue with the camp.
Although Matt will not be there, his spirit and
level of professionalism that has made him a
star will be in all of us.

Linh is a SFO medical professional with great
connections. She heard of Matt's dilemma &
came to the rescue with the help of some very

will be hosting the SoloSports Wavecamps from April 11-18, April
18-25 & October 10-17 and will be
conducting daily windsurfing instruction. The camp is geared up for
action - surfing in the morning, sailing all afternoon and mountain
biking the groomed trails in the early evening. Watching the sun set as your
catered meals are being specially prepared make it the perfect
ending to a fun-packed day.

One-on-one sessions, group
training, land talks, technique evaluation with video as well as still
photography make this a fun and educational experience! I've also
invited fellow pro sailor Kevin McGillivray of Santa Barbara to assist
